Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges

We offer a 15 day exchange policy from the date of receipt. Please note that in order to qualify for an exchange the product must not have been used in any way and must be returned in mint condition and complete in original packaging. Any delivery or customs fees shall be paid by the customer. Note that full refunds are not accepted unless a manufacturing defect in the product can be proven.
